We are diversified and involved in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Chemicals, Industrial, Retail, etc. We require a high calibre Group HR Manager who will be reporting to our Group Director - Shared Services. The preferred candidate should have exposure and achievements in the following areas: 1. Performance Management using Balance Scorecards 2. Setting KPIs for Corporate and Strategic/Functional Business Units 3. HR Scorecard & Metrics 4. Competency Mapping Frameworks 5. Talent Management & Succession Planning 6. Compensation Design, Incentives & Equity Based Plans 7. Job Pricing and Evaluation - HAY, Mercer, Watson Wyatt, etc. methods 8. HR Policy Manuals & Corporate Governance Frameworks
